Rose Umerlik: Histories

Join us Friday, November 4 from 5-8pm to celebrate the opening of Rose Umerlik's solo show, entitled "Histories."  Included in this exhibition is the release of Umerlik’s second book of images and essays, featuring an introduction by Shawn Hill and intimate journal entries from Umerlik concerning her emotional and cerebral processes transpiring with each painting’s creation.  We'll have it for sale at the gallery on Friday, or you may purchase it online anytime.

The paintings within our exhibition are selections of the work depicted within the book, also entitled Histories, although additional pieces are shown within its pages.
